All orders confirmed via our official WhatsApp concierge are processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, a live courier tracking link is shared with you directly on WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

• Orders of ₹499 and above: Complimentary (FREE) Standard Shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping charge.
• Estimated Transit Time: 2–4 business days for metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) and 4–7 business days for rest of India.

3. Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of every product in our store. Eligible items may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all charging cables, bits, manuals, and accessories.
